We reserve the right to amend The Small Print at any time without prior notice. Please review this section each time you wish to place an order to ensure you are familiar with these terms.
 

Dispatch
We endeavour to ship all purchases within 3 business days of processed orders. If you order falls on a weekend, bank holiday, Bloomsday or Christmas this may be a little longer. If you wish to receive your piece for a tight deadline, please contact us by email and if possible we arrange this for you. An email will be sent as soon as your order has been dispatched.
 

Delivery
Certain countries may impose duties at Customs. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. For purchases sent via tracked post, a signature is required upon delivery of your items.
 

Shipping
We package all our products ourselves in packaging designed to protect your purchase. Our maps are rolled in acid free tissue paper and placed in protective tubes with bubble wrap at either end to ensure your piece arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit, please email us at hello@leopoldsday.com and let us know if you wish to exchange or return it.

Larger items such as our maps, will be shipped using An Post Registered Post. Registered Post is a premium, secure, track and trace delivery service with signature on delivery. When your order is placed you can email us with your order number and we will supply you with the relevant tracking number details.

Exchange & Refund
If for some reason you are not satisfied by your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange your purchase. Please inform us by email if you wish to return or exchange your purchase. For domestic returns purchases must be returned to us within 14 days of shipping date. For international returns, purchases must be returned within 21 days of shipping date. All purchases must be in the original packaging and in the same condition with which they were received. Refunds or exchange purchases must be returned by registered post. In this instance, you are responsible for return shipping costs. When we receive your item, your refund or exchange will be authorised.
Following a purchase if you have a change of heart, please advise us by email, and we will be happy to change or cancel your order up until dispatch.
 

Privacy
Any personal information you share with us is kept completely confidential and is accordance with the Irish Data Protection Acts of 1988 and 2003. We will not sell, rent or lease your information with any third parties at any time.
 

Legal
The Leopold’s Day store is governed by Irish law and our contract with you is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

All the drawings and graphics of our pieces and all the drawings, graphics and text on this site are the works and copyright of Leopold’s Day and are protected by copyright. All rights are reserved. No part of these works may be reproduced in any material form whatsoever without the prior written permission of the copyright holder. It is the policy of Leopold’s Day to pursue any infringement of these copyright entitlements.
 

Liability
Leopold’s Day assume no responsibility for any errors or omissions, viruses or system failures in the unlikely event that may be contained on this website. Leopold’s Day will not be liable for any kind of damages from the use of this website.
